Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026 · These terms govern your use of Notedigit, a service operated by Well Digit.

1. The service

Notedigit serves the contents of Git repositories you connect as read-only MCP endpoints for AI assistants. Repositories are cloned on demand and pruned after idle; Notedigit does not store your note content between sessions.

2. Your account and team

You are responsible for your credentials, including two-factor and passkeys, and for the people you invite. Each account has one team; Owners and Admins manage Markdown repositories, keys, members, and billing. Plan tiers (Reader, Curator, Librarian) set the number of Markdown repositories and seats available to the team.

3. Your content and repositories

You must have the right to connect the repositories you add and to grant read access to the users you assign. Your notes remain yours; we claim no rights over them. You are responsible for what MCP clients you or your users connect do with content they read.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent per-repository authorization, rate limits, or other access controls; probe or disrupt the service; or use it to store or distribute unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. When a trial ends or a subscription is cancelled, the account soft-locks: Markdown repositories and MCP access pause, settings and billing stay reachable, and data is kept. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be announced to account owners in advance.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Well Digit's liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
