Try before you pay

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial that requires no card. The trial includes a working Markdown repository, so you can verify the product fits before any payment is made.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. There is no annual billing. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; the subscription then runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew.

Cancellation

When a subscription ends, the account soft-locks: Markdown repositories and MCP access pause, while settings and billing stay reachable and your data is kept. Reactivating restores everything as it was. No content is lost by cancelling.

Refund requests

Refunds are not granted automatically. If you believe a charge was made in error — for example a renewal after you attempted to cancel — contact contact@welldigit.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request. Refunds, where issued, are processed by Paddle to the original payment method.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you hold under applicable consumer-protection law.
